The Vista Del Lago Board of Directors holds its regularly scheduled Board of Director's meetings from April to November, on the first Saturday of the month, at 9:00 am, in the Vista Del Lago Clubhouse. All meetings are open to Vista Del Lago owners.
Members will receive the agenda via email.
The Vista Del Lago annual meeting is the first Saturday in June, at 10:00 am. During this meeting new board members are elected and the budget is approved for the coming year. Our fiscal year is July 1 through June 30.
Vista Del Lago has three sets of governing rules. They consist of the CCR's, By Laws, and Rules and Regulations. Additionally, Vista Del Lago has Rules and Regulations for Occupancy Restrictions and Architectural Rules. Click here to view these documents.
To support the maintenance of the common areas, Vista Del Lago has quarterly association fees. Our HOA management firm, Still Properties, collects these fees. Current budgets show how payments are used. Log in to our website or contact our HOA finance committee for a copy.
